We haven’t exactly kept it a secret that our software was created in partnership with our customers. It sounds a little corny, but it’s the honest truth. The feedback regarding usability, suggestions on features and thoughts about how to make our interface look good came straight from our users. Our team took the time to develop a product that wasn’t just what we envisioned, but more a marriage of what we thought the product might be and the advice of those those in the industry who know best. Our new software release, LabRetriever V4is just another example of that partnership.
If you ask anyone in our company what they are proud of, chances are you’ll hear “the product“, “our expertise“, “teamwork” etc., but collectively our greatest achievement is our customer service which captures all of them. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a technical issue, financial questions, implementation concerns or just a call from a customer to check in and see how our local sports teams are doing (we’re based out of the Philadelphia area, so I suppose most of you will know the answer to that question haha), we take the time to spend with them.
If we don’t have the answer to an issue right away, we come together as a team to figure it out. Sometimes, we find ourselves mulling over a question in the board room with a projector. At other times, the solution can be found in our daily development meeting.
It is not uncommon to hear us talk about the future of our product as it relates to HST, DME, CPAP, Medicare, Healthcare Reform and compliance while enjoying our lunch or competing at our company ping pong table. We want to be a partner to our customers as all of the changes in the sleep industry occur. We’re here to find solutions to their problems!
Some of those solutions will be coming in LabRetriever V4, scheduled for release on June 1st! Keep an eye on this blog for some teasers leading up to the release and SLEEP 2013!
Notable Mention: One of the reasons we’re so good at working together is our office environment. Our 5,000 square foot transformed space features an open floor plan that allows our entire team to come together quickly to find a solution or discuss new, exciting ideas. The space and team were recently photographed by Heather Milano and the pictures posted on our Facebook and Google+ pages. Take a look and follow us!!
