The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS) Proposed Rule for 2016 on July 8th. The American Academy of Sleep Medicine recently published their analysis of that rule in the “News and Announcements” page on their website.
It looks like sleep medicine physicians will see a small increase in all areas with the exceptions of both pediatric PSG and PSG with PAP Titration codes, which will essentially revert to their 2014 reimbursement rates.
